Well, what an exciting and challenging week we all have had. God is doing an awesome work in our lives and daily He wants to perfect us so we can achieve all that He has purposed us to do and be.  Thursday night Pastor Dion, Chris, Lisa and Abbey were asked to minister in Martinborough at a Youth Meeting for Pastor Bernie George.  What a joy and blessing to see the Holy Ghost using them mightily in ministering to other young people. Just under 40 attended from around the district, their Praise and Worship and hunger for God was an incredible experience. 

 

During last the week Pastor Kevin ministered on the power of words and asked the question - is our MOUTH SAVED? - as life and death, blessing and cursing are in the power of our tongue. In [Matt 12:37] we read, "For by thy words thou salt be justified and by thy words thy salt be condemned".    Jesus is saying here:  WORDS will either deliver Victory or Defeat. Words will either deliver Love or Hatred. WORDS will destroy you and your life or give you a life full of Love, Happiness, Joy and Health.  We must never forget that the Words we spoke yesterday and last week always give us what we have today. In [Proverbs 18:21] Death and Life are in the power of the tongue and they that love it shall eat the fruit there of. [Proverbs 21:23] Whosoever keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles. [Matthew 12:37] For by thy words thou shalt be justified and by thy words thy shalt be condemned.

 

Never forget that your words reveal your heart and who you are, locate you in your journey in life, and will cause you to have victory or defeat. In short we are known by our words and conversation. They reveal to everyone our 1. Personality 2. Character 3. Nature 4. Also where your future is heading and what you will achieve in the days that lie ahead.  No one can ever live and achieve any thing BEYOND their words and conversation. Jesus said in [Mark 11:23] "Man shall have whatsoever He saith."  In closing today, everyone of us are a product of Words. They either encourage us or discourage us, creating within us an achieving image and success or defeat. Word's will either Bless or Curse you. During the weekly meetings we prayed against all our negative words of death and destruction, and released the curse of the people we spoke about. In short prayed crop failure to those words [seeds] we have spoken in the past and Praise God they have no power over us or the people we spoke about. Glory to God.

 

Monday and Wednesday night at 7.30pm our mid-week bible study meeting a 5. Lerwick Terrace, Lyall Bay. Saturday at mid-day the RFC city wide outreach meeting departs from the same address. Try and make these meetings as they are a very important part of the Fellowship. Pastor Dion is sharing again a very powerful message, so open your heart and receive all that the Father has for you.........we thank you, love you and want only God's will and blessing on your life.
