Sunday 14th October 2007, Volume 5, Issue 31

Glory to God, what a great time we have all had seeking the perfect will of God for the rest of 2007. These are the most exciting days as we all prepare for the return of Jesus for His Bride, the Glorious Church. We are so blessed to be    chosen and born at such a time to witness the return of Jesus. The Holy Spirit is being poured out on all flesh and there is a hunger in the heart of all believers who desire and want more of God and less of their old nature.  At times it is not easy but we have all been promised the super-natural help and assistance we require which is made available by FAITH and we all will fulfil the Father's purpose and destiny for our earthly existence.

We must all stay focused on Jesus and never allow problems and difficulties to rob us of God's Peace and Joy. Problems do not make or break us, only if we allow them and take the care. Staying focused on Jesus and remaining steadfast in the POWER of His Love guarantees us the VICTORY. We must never take the cares of other people’s wrong decisions or foolishness. When we do that allows the spiritual influence that is behind the issue access to our lives and it isn't long before we have also lost our Peace and Joy. Remember - never become VICTIMS of our situations or circumstances.

How to respond to issues and problems:

1. We must shift our focus over to what God's word has promised us and not major on the problem.

2. Our confidence of being delivered and changed must be rooted in God's faithfulness and Love. Our future is in        JESUS, who He is, not who we are.

3. We respond to problems and issues in two ways: [a] What we see! What we see is determined by our perspective in life and our level of spiritual discernment. [b] What we seek to do to change it is according to our desires, values and       purpose.

4.  We must first accept the issue or problem before it can be resolved, ignoring it never solves anything and it will not go away.

5.  Firstly, what has caused this situation, accurately finding out with spiritual discernment and then trusting God and the Power of His word to survive and reach a positive out-come.  We read in 2. Corinthians 4:8-9  "We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed, perplexed, but not despairing, persecuted but not forsaken, struck down but not               destroyed."  The Apostle Paul had been through all these difficulties and said in Romans 8:18 it was very small compared with the GLORY OF GOD. He was able to overcome them because He saw them in the right light. When we see things in the wrong light we build up huge barriers. We must see our issues and problems in the light of God's Glory and grace.

6.  Often we see problems in the light of three main areas: 1. Past experiences. 2. Our present situation and environment. 3. Our natural personal evaluation of the situation. How we have handled problems in the past will greatly influence how we view our current issues today. The way we handle current problems and issues will be exactly the same unless we     receive better understanding and discernment on how to deal with them so the outcome will be VICTORIOUS.

7.  So often the problem is not the main issue, it is the FEAR of FAILURE that comes with the situation.

8.  We must never get side tracked by other people’s issues and problems who so often have no clear purpose or vision in life. Remember when we have God's purpose and desire and we seek His will, the problems begin to shrink and will        disappear. As your purpose in life increases at the same time problems decrease. It’s when we take our eyes off our God given goal, then the issues and problems increase.

9.  Christians often try and avoid problems and issues for the FEAR of pain and failure. They procrastinate, try to forget and ignore the issue and even pretend they do not exist. So often when this occurs the end result is the primary basis of all human mental illness and issues. In the Book of Hebrews it is said of Jesus that He "learned obedience from the things which He suffered." [Hebrews 5:8]. So often the things we want to avoid in life are the very things that mature us and shape us into the person we should be. Problems and issues always drive you closer to God and closer to the people who you relate with. Dealing with them successfully you will discover a greater sense of   security in JESUS and also in yourself.

10. The Bible tells us we are to seek HOLINESS in place of HAPPINESS. Jesus said in Matthew 5:8. "Blessed are the pure in heart". If today we will seek HOLINESS we will find HAPPINESS. Often we seek happiness and bypass      Holiness and we never find it.

PRINCIPLES TO SOLVE PROBLEMS:

1. We must accept the issue and the problem.  2. If we use the biblical solution our goal for Victory will be far greater than the problem.  3. There is no problem that we cannot solve in Jesus.  4. The happiest Christians on the earth to-day are not people with out problems or issues but they have learnt to appreciate the possibilities for growth and understanding in order to solve and overcome every obstacle. There is no problem that is unsolvable when we have God's     wisdom and expertise to defeat them. Every problem is SOLVABLE. We must separate the symptoms from the real    problem and issue. Then you are able to see the cause of it, why it exists and how to solve the problem. Seek help and         assistance from God's word and other Men and Woman of God to help, guide and support you on our way to Victory. Never forfeit the right solution for an easy way out. Never ignore the issues, they will not disappear or solve themselves. 5. Finally what you see and what you seek will always determine the outcome, success or failure. Success in solving     problems is more related to the person than the problem itself. We never choose the problem but we can choose the way we respond to it. It’s not what happens to you, but what you allow to effect you. Seek God's word and help and you can not be defeated for He ordained you to WIN, REIGN and RULE in LIFE.
