Sunday 1st April 2007, Volume 5, Issue 10
Well, another very exciting and productive week is finished. The Super-natural anointing and fire of God is burning out of our lives everything that the Lord has not planted in us. What a great miraculous time we had on Sunday and to see God touching us and changing us from Glory to Glory is exciting. I believe very soon we will not only be doing the miracles of Jesus but the greater works as the Bible tells us will be happening prior to Jesus' return for His Glorious Church. Sadly in our nation we have many different denominations and church groups but the Bible makes it very clear that Jesus is returning and going to translate HIS GLORIOUS CHURCH or the Bride of Christ, to a heavenly 7 year marriage feast. Then the 7 year tribulation period on the earth begins, no Christian would want to be on the earth during that period. Every genuine Born-again Christian is invited to the Marriage Feast so it must be our Number One priority especially in these last days.
THE LAW OF CONNECTION In the Bible we are told that we can connect to the super-natural life of Jesus by the words of our mouth or we can connect to the spirit of death [satan] - by the power of life and death that is in the power of our words and confession. We must all recognize and understand the importance of our spoken words. The Bible records horrific instances were the wrong use of our mouth causes and allows the God of this world [satan] access to us. Wrong words and confession cause us to SIN with our mouths. In Ecclesiastes 5:6 we read; "Permit not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin..." All of us need to make a quality decision never to speak a negative or non-productive word out of our mouth, we are called of God to speak BLESSINGS and never a CURSE. As life and death is in the power of our tongue we must put a guard on our mouth and watch what we speak. In Mark 11;23 we read; "God has said that we can have what we say" but some in RFC are saying what they have. It’s very important that we all understand that we have exactly what we say. We need to take a good long look at last week and consider what did we receive - Blessing or a Curse. What you have been confessing is what you will and have been receiving. Never forget it’s your words that connect you to LIFE or DEATH.
God has given every one of us great liberty and opportunity and the ability to choose what we say. We have the power to speak freedom or bondage. That is an awesome responsibility. In these last days we must be very, very careful when using the POWER of our Tongue. The Holy Spirit has been given to every one of us as we need to be trained in the use of our tongue. There are certain things in the Bible that no one should say. I will refer them as - SAY NOT’S....
1. Matthew 12;32. "But whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world nor the world to come." Never speak against the Holy Ghost and the anointing of God on a brother or sister's life. 2. Romans 9:30. "What shall we say then? In 10;6 we read "Say not in thine heart, who shall bring Christ down or who shall bring him up?" Why? because it has already been done. Salvation is by grace through FAITH, and NOT of works. 3. In Acts 10:15. Peter said: "What God has cleansed, no longer call unclean". God showed Peter not to call any man unholy or unclean. 4. In James 1:13. James said: "Let no man say, I am tempted of God". 5. Christians today are destroying one another and themselves with the words of their mouth. In Psalm 58;4 we read "Speaking lies, their POISON is like the Poison of a serpent. Again we read in Psalm 140:3, "they have sharpened their tongues like a serpent: adder's poison is under their lips". 6. The religious Jews considered themselves righteous yet Paul said in Romans 3:13, "Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit: the poison asps is under their lips." We all understand and realize the jeopardy people are placing themselves in by words of slander, gossip, judgment and idle words. It’s a slow deadly poison that Satan has tricked many with, using the poison of their lips. 7. In James we read in chapter 3:8: "The tongue can no man tame, it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison." It takes the power and wisdom of the Holy Ghost to tame our tongue. The word; UNRULY EVIL, is actually restless evil. It means never rested sufficiently to be brought under control, but bent towards evil, mischief, seeking every opportunity to spreads its evil poison. The tongue is not satisfied to lie still, but is hyperactive, always has extra energy to burn up and speak on any subject or victim. Poison spreads easily. 8. Jesus said that the Poison of the Pharisees was as leaven or yeast. Read and study; [1.Corinthians 5:6-11]. We are warned not to have fellowship or associate with a so called Christian brother or sister who has a FOUL MOUTH. In vs 6 we read where their poison will spread throughout the whole body. We are called upon to stop and kill all gossip and slander and judgments. Their words are restless evil...slithering and slimy and poisonous In Galatians 5 we read where we are not to consume one another, but walk in the spirit and you will not fulfil the lust of the flesh". We need to say to ourselves and others, SHUT UP, Lets talk about JESUS and all His wonderful works. 9. Jesus said: "Every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account of on the day of Judgment", If we are walking in Faith we can not speak idle words. Finally in Proverbs 10:19 "In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin, but He that refraineth his lips is wise." and in James 1:2 we also read; "If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able to bridle the whole body." Its not until we can control our tongue are we able to control our Body and future life.
Talk is cheap but the end result can be very expensive. We cannot touch GOD'S ANOINTED not do them any harm. Jesus said in Matthew 12:30 "He that is not with me is against me”, are you for RFC and Revival ???????
