Sunday 9th December 2007, Volume 5, Issue 39

 

Another exciting week of change and Victory as we apply the Word of God to every area of our lives. It’s one thing to read the Bible and here teaching on God's word but unless we apply the principles and live by what it instructs us little or no change happens in our life and walk. Hearing the Word of God and not applying it to our life profits little. Yes, it will give you head knowledge, but little change from Glory to Glory and increase in the Super-natural power to reach a lost and dying City. We must never forget it is all about reaching the LOST and introducing them to Jesus Christ. The Father desires that not one person be lost but that all come to the  saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

 

LAST SATURDAY OUT-REACH FOR 2007 WILL BE ON SATURDAY 15TH DECEMBER. On that day we will as usual be blessing people we have visited during the year with Christmas gifts etc. As usual we will be giving away over $500.00 worth of food and goods. Start seeking the Lord now as to who would be blessed by a gift from the Lord.

 

RFC will conduct its final Sunday Meeting on Sunday 23rd of December with a Praise and thanks-giving time where we will Worship God and share all the great and mighty blessings He gave us during the year. RFC will re-commence on Sunday 6th January, 2008 for what we believe will be our most Powerful and Super-natural year since we began.

 

We must all never forget that GOD created us all for a reason. He has an awesome plan and future for our earthly life. What a blessing that God knows the end from the beginning of our life.......nothing that happens is a surprise to Him. At all times as children of God and Heirs of His great promise we must trust and obey HIM, believe also His word and daily be guided by the Holy Spirit if we are to achieve and fulfil His purpose for our earthly life.  It’s only then we will achieve success and victory and receive rewards in GLORY. Eternity with God - our natural mind has trouble accepting that Truth, but in our spirit we all know that it is TRUE.  We bring God great JOY, and Praise when we bless and touch others lives. All heaven rejoices over every sinner that accepts Jesus and eternal life.

 

God loves all people, we can never do anything to get Him to love us more, or do anything wrong that would cause Him to love us less. He just doesn't have Love, HE IS LOVE. We have been taught this week that GOD refuses to leave us in the situation in which we found HIM. He wants us all to have a heart like His and act and live like Jesus did during His earthly life. [Phil 2:5]. Always remember that only God can change the heart of a man or woman. He desires that we all become a NEW PERSON as He conforms us into His own image and likeness [Eph 4:23-24]....”to be truly good and holy". The Father's will is that every one of us be like Jesus and walk daily in the same and even greater power and anointing that Jesus had during His earthly life. Remember we must never confuse God's love [un-conditional] with the love of other's [conditional] which decreases with mistakes and lack of obedience to the Word of God. Not so with God, even when we ignore and despise Him, even living the old lawless life He brought us out of, GOD never changes, He choose from the beginning of time to LOVE US and that's final. Even when we increase in Faith He doesn't love us anymore and even when we get into rebellion and stupidly that doesn't jeopardize His UN-CONDITIONAL LOVE for all of us. He doesn't love us less when we fail.... or love us more when we succeed. GOD'S LOVE FOR US NEVER CEASES. As Christians we must never forget He loves us the way we are......but He REFUSES TO LEAVE YOU THE WAY HE FOUND YOU. Sadly some Christians have trouble with being corrected and facing their personal failures and project the problem on to the Five fold Ministry Gift that God has given to His Church - for the PERFECTING OF THE SAINTS - what for? The work of the ministry! In the last few months that has been the case. Satan has blinded their eyes and understanding and they are unable to see and accept their weaknesses and failures. Jesus is building HIS GLORIOUS CHURCH and is returning soon for it......... it is not a denomination or a particular Church or Fellowship but its every believer that is living and walking daily in the SUPER-NATURAL GLORY  OF  GOD.

 

RFC is so blessed to have available at every meeting the Super-natural FIRE OF GOD that can burn out and destroy the old nature and weaknesses once and for all. It is only His LOVE and the FIRE of the HOLY SPIRIT that can cleanse us from our filth, immorality, dishonesty, prejudices, bitterness and greed. God wants us all to be conformed to the very image and likeness of JESUS.  The GOOD NEWS is that we are not stuck with our old personality and nature. He will not leave you a grumpy old bite, even if your family were all bigots, the good news is you don't have to die one.

 

Religion teaches that we cannot change, that is a LIE. The TRUTH is God sent the Holy Spirit and He is available with FIRE and POWER so we to can have a heart like JESUS.  GLORY TO GOD!  Friends its every brother and sister's choice allow God to change us or stay the same old way carrying on the old family traits and traditions...........The heart of JESUS was PURE and FULL of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and He wants our hearts to be the same.

 

Jesus was faithful and committed to the end, every day He wanted to do and did obey His Father's will for His earthly life. He was a PEACE maker and never walked or was guided by VENGEANCE. He lived according to His Father's purpose and calling on his life. His only aim was to save Humanity from their SIN. We read in [Luke 19;10] "The Son of man came to seek and save the lost." That's the only reason RFC is in Wellington to focus and be totally committed to this task and calling. In closing we must be imitators of Jesus as the bible declares: [John 14:1] "I am in the Father and the Father is in me."  [Luke 4:18]  "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me." [Mt.4:1] "He was led by the Spirit of God" [Luke 4:1] Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit" [Luke 4:16] Jesus lived a life of worship. [Luke 5:16] He spent a lot of time alone praying to His Father. [Mark 1:38] His father told him to move on to another city. [John 5:19] The Son does what ever His father tells him to. [John 5:30] He did nothing alone, I judge only the way I am told."

 

In closing if we have given our heart to Jesus, He has given himself to us. He has chosen to live in our heart, He has made your heart HIS earthy DWELLING PLACE. In [Galatians 2:20] Jesus Christ is alive and lives in the heart of His children "The Fact that He lives in you and I now means He wants to change us into "His likeness and increase us from Glory to Glory" [2.Cor.3:18]. His will is being  revealed to us and He has given us His mind. His plan in these days for each and every one of us is to be totally TRANSFORMED into HIS IMAGE and LIKENESS. We are unable to achieve that with out His daily power, guidance, wisdom and help. [Romans 8:29] and [Col 3:10] God is willing and wanting to bring about total transformation in your life. The question daily that needs to be answered is this; WILL YOU ACCEPT HIS OFFER????? Can you imagine what we all would be like in 2008 if you and I live and walk in HIS GLORY and live as JESUS did during His earthly life.....What a challenge.....are you prepared to pay the price..........keep your eyes on           Jesus .......reach the purpose for which you were born......don't get distracted by those few who left RFC as they wanted to live the rebellious, lust filled way that sinners and religious people do. We are here to help and assist if you want to DENY yourself, pick up your CROSS and follow JESUS. If not we will never change the WORD of GOD [FAITH} which we preach. Its final authority in every area of human living whether you believe it or not. We Praise God that all but a few are prepared to pay the price and follow Jesus, and when we live in LOVE and walk in UNITY we will achieve the Father's purpose for our existence.

 

Monday, Wednesday night HOUSE GROUP at 5 Lerwick Terrace, Lyall Bay at 7.30pm, Saturday RFC City Outreach departs at mid-day at the same address.
